Your Responsibilities

In return, we ask you to:

Report repairs promptly
Pay your rent on time
Control any pets
Recycle and put all waste in bins provided for trash and recycling
Avoid disturbing neighbors with noise

Paying Your Rent

Your rent is due on the first working day of each month. Paying your rent is not a matter of choice; if you do not pay your rent, you will go into rent arrears.

How to Pay

There are many ways for you to pay your rent - by check, in person, Direct deposit or Zelle.

There are many ways you can pay your rent or for the services we provide.

You can make payment with Zelle (contact us for instructions)

    • You can make payments online using internet banking. 
  • Checks
